The shot is quite overexposed and looks really washed out.
Though I think the green around the waterfall is suffering from something that looks like noise reduction or some type of loss of quality.
The waterfall I think is a little too centered vertically in the photograph.
The lighting at this time of day is quite harsh and I am not sure if the angle of the light is working in bringing out the details of the bushes in the foreground.
As for your question about the poles, for now they blend with the stone in the background quite well so they don't distract to much.
Can't say I like this photograph that much, sorry.
